A great solo gig at The Woolpack, Elstead on Friday night - a really good crowd. My new Song Request format went well. Popular requests on the night included Sweet Home Alabama, Desperado, Romeo & Juliet, Delilah, Rocket Man, No Woman No Cry, Leaving On A Jet Plane, Runaway, Don't Look Back In Anger and even some Barry Manilow!! Thanks for coming to the gig - back at The Woolpack on 20th June.

By all accounts most bands don't get the audience dancing in the first half of the evening at the Broadway Club in Fleet. Well we (Something 4 The Weekend) managed it and kept the audience dancing all night plus encores! Several bookings now for 2008. |

Really impressive acoustic performances on the stage I was running at Weyfest - too many to mention but thanks to all. At least a couple of people have said the highlight of the festival was Byron Johnston's set on the acoustic stage on Sunday night joined by Anna Phoebe on violin - a definite chemistry; they hadn't even met before the day. Thanks to all and everyone who came to Weyfest. |

A couple of really great gigs with the band this weekend. Friday night was great fun at the excellent Beacon Hill Beer Festival. Saturday night was a terrific "party" atmosphere at the Haslemere Museum "Night Of The Museums" Dinner Dance - there was dancing all evening! I didn't think our guests would let there hair down to I Predict A Riot - how wrong I was! Party on.......... |

A good night of music at Grayshott with a feature set from piano based singer songwriter Grant Cox along with performances from John Martin, some blues from David Harley, fingerpicking guitar from Gareth, local man Peter, Mike Knee and late performance from Mike Deagan and Bill including a rendition of Autumn Leaves. A really good night of music which should have justified a larger audience but we had fun anyway.
